As beef connoisseurs, we prioritize these premium qualities to produce tastefully marbled steaks to your table. We have successfully paired a proprietary Akaushi Wagyu blood line that brings out the best in our full blooded Simbrah and Brangus beef cattle.
You are what you eat and Fisherman Spring Ranch is proud to feed our cattle with indigenous prairie grasses, well-sourced drinking water, and nutritional vegetarian supplements like beet root and organic minerals.

Reserve your beef by entering your name or email by the beef you want to buy
We’ll contact you within 48 hours to confirm your order and receive a non-refundable deposit.
At your scheduled harvest time (July 2025) we will handpick your cow and deliver them to Swiss Meats, our USDA approved processor. Their craft butchers will dry age your beef for 14-21 days before they cut, vacuum seal, and freeze the beef.
Once packed, we will reach out to you to schedule a pickup or delivery date in August 2025.

History of our Cattle
Our friends Bill and Jane Travis, owners of Pine Ridge Ranch (Athens, Texas), source our beautiful Simbrah cows. These cows are the product of thoughtful and patient heterosis (genetic diversity) breeding and are free to graze Fisherman Spring Ranch as they please.

Across the pasture, our Brangus cows roam freely, happily maintaining their famous 222 bloodline. These carefree cows joined the Fisherman Springs Ranch from the renowned Vineyard Cattle Company in Wharton, Texas and are a favorite amongst the local butchers of Steelville, Missouri.
